Norwell Dance Team at the Brew Ha!

Sunday afternoon saw Norwell's Dance team host a Sample Fundraiser at the Brew Ha! in Ossian.

The event provided supporters of the team with the opportunity to test some of the different delights served at the Brew Ha!, while supporting the team at the same time. A full cafe showed that the group certainly has plenty of support in the community.

Coached by Kim Daizovi, the group is in its second year and is totally dependent on fundraising events such as this for its funds. Members of the group perform during half time at Norwell football and basketball games. The group practices two nights per week, and learns a wide variety of dance styles throughout the course of the year.

Also on display Sunday, and throughout October, although there will be no "Open House" to mark the event, work by Donna Ballinger adorns the walls at the Brew Ha! An art teacher at Norwell, Donna is the Brew Ha's "Guest Artist of the Month" for October.
