Norwell's Marching Knights Qualify For State Champs

Norwell’s Marching Knights will once again carry the flag for Wells County at this weekend’s State Marching Band Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Norwell, along with Bluffton’s Bengal Brigade, both contested their respective classes Semi-State competitions over the weekend. Norwell managed to emerge as one of the 10 bands selected from Class C at Plainfield, however Bluffton’s season came to an end when they were unable to progress in the Class D event, held at Franklin High School.
